Is this event right for me if I am not a PM or entrepreneur?
Yes! While many attendees are Project Managers, Program Managers, or entrepreneurs, this retreat is about you—your goals, your alignment, and your vision for what's next. Whether it's a personal or professional shift, you'll leave with clarity.
What's the schedule like?
Expect a blend of group coaching opportunities, solo reflection time, light movement, meals, and curated activities. There will be plenty of time to rest and recharge—this is not a packed itinerary on purpose. 
What's included in the price?
Your registration covers 6 nights of accommodations, all meals, retreat materials, daily coaching, and curated group experiences. 6 months of hot seat coaching sessions after the getaway with Marie Armitage via Zoom. Saboteur assessment, 1 year science based Positive Intellegence coaching app. and more. Flights and travel to/from the location are not included.
Can I pay in installments?
Absolutely. We offer payment plans to make this experience accessible. You'll see payment options during the application process.
Is this retreat faith-based?
The space is inclusive and heart-centered. You'll be supported in connecting to whatever grounds and guides you and your values. For some attendees that will be God, Spirit, intuition or something else. You may hear Marie refer to Spirit or Holy Spirit because that aligns with her beliefs. All women attending are expected to make space for one another and support eachother in their own journeys. 
Can I come with a friend or team member?
Yes, as long as space is available. Let me know and you can share a room! Just note that room selection may vary depending on availablility. Each person should submit their own application.
What happens after I apply?
You’ll receive an email confirmation and be invited to a short call with Marie or a team member to ensure the retreat is the right fit. If accepted, your spot will be held upon payment.

Experience includes all meals, event materials, group coaching sessions, workshops, guided visualization, reflection experiences, and curated community events, 3-12 months individual coaching after the event. Payment plans available.
